Everything published on Lead Automation Lab follows five rules. They exist so that a recommendation is always traceable to what it was based on.
Independence
Products are included because they represent a genuine solution category, not because of a commercial relationship. Affiliate relationships do not determine inclusion, ordering or verdicts.
Primary sources
Pricing and feature claims are checked against each vendor's own official pages, help centers and documentation — not against affiliate blogs or forum posts. The verification date is recorded per source.
Honesty about uncertainty
When a capability cannot be confirmed from official documentation, we mark it as unknown rather than guessing. When hands-on testing has not happened, the page says so.
Limitations published
What a product does poorly is published next to what it does well. A page that only tells you why something is great is not doing its job.
Updates and corrections
Pages state when they were last verified. When a price or feature changes, or a mistake is found, we correct the page — and we say it was corrected.
