Hi, I’m Winnie Yoong—a web developer, SEO specialist, and digital marketing automation enthusiast. I created Lead Automation Lab not as some faceless brand, but as a personal journal—a place where I document my journey of learning and applying AI automation to grow my digital marketing agency.
This isn’t just another tech blog. It’s born from real experiences—both wins and burnout.
I used to run an agency called Digital Workie. We did good work, but I burnt out from juggling too many clients, managing expectations, and constantly being the go-to for strategy. I needed to pause, breathe, and rethink how I wanted to build my business—and life.
After a much-needed hiatus, I returned with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose. That’s when I started Studio WY—an agency that helps businesses transform through high-converting WordPress sites, built with automation in mind. Now, I’m committed to building a smarter, more efficient business using AI—not just for myself, but for others in the same boat.
